INNSTAR was established in 2017, specialized in R&D, production and sales in the fitness field. It′s predecessor was a manufacturer and purchaser of training equipment for the Chinese military and universities.

INNSTAR production department has only two performance indicators, one is the defective rate and the other is the on-time delivery rate. These two indicators are related to the promotion or elimination of each production staff and salary increase or reduction. The data shows that in the past 6 months, INNSTAR team completed 1509 orders, with an on-time delivery rate of 99.8% and a defective product rate of 0.3%.
